Just spilled coffee on the train's broken seat next to an ad featuring a serene beach and a serene life that is completely oblivious to trains that stop for 20 seconds and delay everything, including my 7:15 meeting.
Seriously, one tiny delay and the train staff can't even muster up a decent apology, just a vacant stare.
Like, who needs to be nice when there's already a sign that says 7:15?
