I'm still fuming about trying to access my online account on that Saturday. Got to the dashboard, and it asked me to complete a Captcha. Okay, no big deal, except it had a weird font size discrepancy with adjacent text, making it all but unreadable. Ended up trying three different web browsers before finally getting it right, like that really mattered.
