Coffee order got screwed up this morning at 808746 coffee shop. I specifically asked for a cappuccino and they gave me a macchiato. When I politely mentioned the mistake, they just shrugged and handed me a replacement that was, surprise twist, a different cup with less foam. Can't just slap a cappuccino sticker on any old drink and call it good.
