I just spent 20 minutes trying to pay my rent with the mobile app and it crashed three times in a row because my WiFi was just a little out of sync, and then they asked me to reset my password, but I know I used my mom's birthday, I've used it for years, why is everyone treating me like an idiot about something that's been working just fine?!
