Ordering coffee from that new place down the street just became a hassle. I finally get to the front of the line, expecting them to get it right on the first try. Instead, I get a latte with extra pumps of vanilla syrup - never asked for - and no actual espresso shot in sight. I'm tired of apologizing for someone else's mistake.
