I got my coffee from the café down the street and as I was about to tap the loyalty card to pay, the machine wouldn't read it. Not just this time, it's been happening every third attempt since they upgraded the system. Now I'm stuck manually typing in my details for the third time today. Is it really that hard to get this right?
