855419 tries to charge my phone for 45 minutes before telling me the screen is cracked. Meanwhile the cable is plugged in and the wall adapter is securely seated, but let's place the blame where it's due. Next thing I know, their warranty people want to know my 'repair history'. Like they care about my character, not just profit margins.
