Coffee shop on 54th street has those stupid little packets with the coffee creamer that you're supposed to pierce and squirt into your coffee now, I don't know since when, maybe a year ago, but they just changed the design again and now they pierce wrong side it's so frustrating always ripping them open instead of the little notch designed.
