Ordering breakfast was supposed to be a 3-minute transaction, but instead I'm stuck here typing in my password for the tenth time because the touchscreen just 'forgot' I had a rewards card. It's not like I haven't done this 374372 other times, I'm starting to think they're secretly using a new algorithm to frustrate customers. Can't these places ever remember basic customer info?
