So I'm on the train headed into work, and it's not even rush hour yet and the air conditioning is basically blasting my face off. I ask one of the conductors if I could maybe turn it down a notch and she looks at me like I'm speaking Mandarin. Apparently it's not a thing to adjust it anymore now that I'm in my 30s, no idea how it works now, probably involves advanced calculus.
