I'm trying to grab a coffee before work and that one barista always gets it wrong. I order a latte and she says no sugar, but when I get to the table it's got three packets of artificial sweetener piled on top like a sugary graveyard. Now the coffee tastes like someone barfed up a toothache. And no one bothers to re-make it when I politely point it out, they just shrug and hand me a napkin.
