Standing in the checkout line I'm hit with the most asinine policy.

Apparently some genius decided a customer can only pay with exact change if the amount ends with two dollars. Newsflash: people have cash with 20 and 50 dollar bills too you know, not just coins and singles. How am I even paying with cash again?
