I was trying to pay for my coffee this morning and I notice they got my name wrong on my loyalty card. Like, it's not rocket science, people. Every day for months and it still hasn't sunk in that my name isn't actually Jennifer. So I correct them, they apologize, but then proceed to ask again how to spell it.
