Coffee shop line just moved at the slowest rate I've ever witnessed. Guy in front of me has a complex transaction apparently involving five separate items and an argument with the barista. I get it, mistakes happen, but do people realize how tedious this makes the rest of us who have simple orders? The queue is crawling like a Sunday afternoon stroll.
