Traffic crawl in front of a closed construction site on 299788 is doing my brain in. I've timed it five minutes extra every day this week. They're supposedly working till midnight but they just park and leave. No visible effort made to minimize congestion. Meanwhile, I'm stuck at 1am with work tomorrow.
