Rant

Just wasted ten minutes of my morning trying to get a simple coffee order corrected. Barista kept misunderstanding my name, wrote it wrong on the cup and handed it to someone else who was clearly confused. It's a $5 drink, I shouldn't have a heart attack over it, but it's the principle. They can't even get basic customer service right. People still think service industry work is easy.
