People say they prioritize customer service but what's up with automated phone menus that just loop around in circles? Called my bank about a disputed transaction, got stuck in an endless cycle of 1 through 3 to confirm account credentials. Finally reached a human, but they didn't even acknowledge the initial problem, just started telling me about the benefits of their security protocols.
