I just got back from this ridiculous coffee run to the place across the street from work. I swear, it's like they intentionally try to complicate the simplest purchases. They got my order wrong again, second time this week. And what's with the lady who took payment when she clearly heard it three times already - just the latte, thank you? Still rang up the cookie like normal.
