So the other day I'm waiting in line at the ATM in my building and the guy behind me is tapping his foot impatiently I get that but what really gets my skin crawling is when he decides to 'supervise' the whole transaction watching me like a hawk even when I ask for a withdrawal of $20 out of my $500 balance.
