This stupid library card renewal form asked for not just a signature but a hand-drawn signature in ink, on a piece of actual paper, that matched some vague photo on file, now they must have software for image recognition, is this really what our time is being wasted on, paper waste and ridiculous bureaucratic hoops - it's literally my library card not a high-profile security clearance.
