Being stuck in a phone call to report a missing package that apparently took a detour through some obscure universe because 963045 was supposed to have been delivered two hours ago now and I'm talking to a machine in customer service that won't escalate this to an actual human until I've listened to some arbitrary list of options. Seriously?
