I just tried to buy coffee and pastry from this one cafe that used to be a staple in my routine, but now their new credit card reader doesn't work with my old bank app. It freezes on the payment screen, and the staff looks just as clueless. I really shouldn't care about one coffee shop, but now it feels like a mini ordeal, just to grab something to-go in the middle of the day.
