Just ordered my usual coffee from Starbucks, but when I asked for no whipped cream this time the barista proceeds to put whipped cream on everything anyway - on top of the ice, around the sides, even mixed into the drink. I had to ask her to start all over because now it's basically just a milkshake. What even is that, pride in incompetence?
