My neighbor's recycled plastic bins are actually just re-painted trash cans, and now the whole sidewalk is marked with these weird green labels, like a tiny art project gone wrong. Do they really think that just slapping some new paint on something and calling it green fixes everything? The real issue is their complete lack of awareness.
