I'm still fuming about this - I was trying to grab a coffee and I accidentally bumped the coffee cart with my backpack, spilling some of the drinks in the process. The barista looked at me like I'd just committed a crime, handed me a dirty look along with the coffee I actually ordered which was handed back to me without charging me for the spill.
