Trying to order coffee at the drive-thru and they still can't seem to get my name right. I've been going to this place every morning for years, and it starts with a 'T', not an 'L'. The girl's got her headset on, typing away, but still can't manage to say it correctly. Don't even get me started on how many times I've heard Can you confirm that's a latte... for Taylor in my life now.
