There's this convenience store near my place and it consistently gets my name wrong on the loyalty card.
They call me Mark instead of Marcus almost every single time.
It's not even that big of a deal but it's every single transaction, every single visit.
Makes me question my self-identification at this point.
Can't even get my own name right, I'm already on my own for everything else.
