Just spilled coffee all over my shirt because the automated drink machine at Starbucks somehow got my order wrong again - like it knew I was in a rush. Now I've got to waste time waiting in line to report this or just deal with the stains all day. Is it really too much to ask for a simple refill without the coffee machine thinking I'm trying to commit a hate crime on society?
