Driving to work this morning at 841123, I noticed the guy in front of me was completely oblivious to the speed limit. I was stuck behind him, waiting to merge, and for no discernible reason he's going 40 in a 55 zone. My question is, are they seriously not in any kind of hurry, or does the world just slow down when they get behind the wheel? Either way, it's not my commute I'm here to mess up.
