Just got into a hassle with the barista at my go-to coffee shop, can't believe they managed to mess up a simple 'to-go' order after I specifically said 'no room for cream'. They poured a ridiculous amount in and claimed I was the one who asked for it, like I'm some kind of forgettable crazy person. Seriously, do they not get paid to listen?
