I'm still reeling from the coffee shop's incompetence - just got back from grabbing a morning cup and they managed to spill steam foam all over my favorite hoodie. The barista looked sheepish, offered no explanation, and just handed me a new drink like nothing happened. Now it's stained. Like, seriously, is a napkin really too much to ask for?
