Furious I stood there, staring at my expired transit card from February 28 in a queue at a ticket machine that wouldn't accept it at 9am last Monday. Why can't they have a more realistic expiration date tolerance for the sake of people like me who genuinely got delayed and couldn't pay the card renewal fee beforehand? One simple tweak. One small change. Made all the difference.
