Just had to spend 15 minutes reordering my coffee this morning because the barista got the numbers in my drink order wrong. For the fourth time in three weeks. Now I'm late because they can't be bothered to triple check an order that's literally seven items long. Meanwhile, their manager is just polishing a mug.
