Still fuming about this ridiculous issue – I ordered a large coffee today and specifically said whole milk. They get it wrong. I correct the girl behind the counter, and of course, she gives me that 'I'm doing you a favor' tone as if whole milk isn't a standard thing. Newsflash: yes, it matters when you can't get a simple order right. Now my coffee tastes like cardboard.
