Just spent the last 20 minutes on the phone with my bank customer service to dispute a wrong transaction – someone somehow managed to charge my card 967 times in one day, for a total of 966,447 dollars. Now my account is frozen, and they can't just credit me back. Apparently, each incident needs to be documented separately. Great day so far. And to think some people worry about identity theft.
