Coffee shop, Sunday morning. I just paid for my usual and the barista spilled a shot of espresso directly onto the receipt. They just shrugged and handed it back without even apologizing. Now their machine's got a huge stain on it, so does my order, and I just wasted a few minutes waiting for a replacement. That's just great service for a 75 cent coffee.
