I'm still trying to process how that coffee shop interaction just went down.
Someone cut ahead of me in the line without apologizing, like I was just there taking up space with my coffee needs. I let it slide initially but what really got my goat was when the barista cheerfully said to them and the person didn't even acknowledge the slight. It's these tiny social cues that add up.
