I was at Starbucks, trying to order a venti coffee before my meeting. They'd changed their touchscreen menu since the last time I ordered, so I spent three minutes staring at the screen, fiddling with tabs trying to find iced coffee, and got a cappuccino by mistake, which ruined my morning schedule.
