I was typing out the same email for the fifth time because the character count limit is ridiculous. 527 characters, come on. It's a minor inconvenience for one person to be bothered by the constraints, but no. The real kicker is that they had to put a warning about it below the send field, like it's our fault their system can't handle a little more data.
