Just got caught up in a ridiculous loop at the ATM. The system freezes during transaction, asks if I want to cancel, then freezes again when I click no. Stuck on a 535600 error for five minutes and got charged $2 in fees to do it twice. Can't a bank design a simple, glitch-free screen?
