Just tried to order a latte at this new coffee shop, the barista had a tablet out for me to use the app I don't think it's even that complicated to just learn the drink names I have to tell them exactly everything from I want a venti to with 3 sugars. Why do I need to be my own cashier? Can't people just ask for a normal coffee anymore?
