Today I spent 15 minutes transferring $5 to my grandma so she could pay her utility bill on time. The ATM was jammed. Not the one in her bank parking lot, the other one – across the street because the lines in here were insane. Still. One little swipe shouldn't take two minutes, it freezes, then asks you to try again, over and over. Five bucks, five wasted minutes.
