Walking down the block I just had to sidestep a guy littering his McDonald's trash on the sidewalk, no bin anywhere nearby, like he owns the place and didn't even notice the overflowing dumpsters nearby that have been there for weeks. It's infuriating how people treat public spaces like personal dumping grounds and there's no one in charge to care.
