Walking out of the convenience store with a pack of gum I realized I paid $4.50 for instead of the sale price. Store clerk seemed entirely unhelpful too - I asked if I could return the pack and she just told me there was a 'policy' but wouldn't even glance down at my receipt. I stood there wondering if it was really that complicated. Guess not.
