Walking into a dimly lit convenience store the other night, at 7:52 am, I noticed the milk display was empty except for this one gallon of expired 2% sitting in the back, next to the lottery tickets and dusty lottery winner flyers, of all things. Why do people not check the expiration dates at these tiny stores?
