Walking into a crowded Starbucks, I'm immediately overwhelmed by the cacophony of coffee drinkers all jostling for attention. I finally reach the counter and order my usual cappuccino. The barista mishears me, gives me a confused look and proceeds to hand me a coffee mug with whipped cream instead of steamed milk. Do they not train these people for consistency?
