Walking home from the library today, I noticed someone had spilled coffee all over the path right at the spot where I always walk. Now I've got to veer off on to the busy main road that cuts the whole walk in half and adds ten minutes to my trip because why fix the pavement when there's free space right next to the coffee stain.
