Walking home and I see this guy just drop a trash bag right in front of the recycling bin. Not a big deal you'd think but I see people walking by it all afternoon. Did he not see the bin was like three feet away? Now it's been there all day, attracting seagulls. It's amazing how little attention people pay to the world around them.
