Walking down the office hallway and someone has organized their cords by color on a cubicle wall - it's a neat little square, so precise it looks like it belongs on a fidget toy I have no problem with organizing my workspace but it's not my job to police others' aesthetics I'm staring at someone's cord art and I'm supposed to be working.
