Waking up to 20 missed calls on my old rotary phone from the library because of some issue with my 452809 PIN still hasn't been an easy morning. Like who even checks their messages from a landline anymore?
I swear some people's customer service can only be described as 'passive aggressively friendly'. Okay, just get it off my landline, geeze.
